This property was NOT affected by the flood. It is in a R1 (single family only) zoned neighborhood with no apartment buildings near by. The home is well taken care of and has an estimated value of $160,000.00 based on comparable sales with-in a 3 block radius over the last 12 months. 2 Bedrooms upstairs and two non-conforming bedrooms downstairs. 2 Baths and a Double attached garage. 200 amp service, new AC and more.
